the weird and kinky, in my writing and in my sex life. But here's one I've
never run across (and can't find any info about on the web, which has the
low-down on everything, right?): anal sex where the man pisses into the
bottom's rectum while fucking. Is there a word for it? Is it safe? Is it
pleasurable for both? Would the sub's rectum fill with piss? Or leak out the
anus around his dick (and make a smelly mess)? Obviously, I've never done it. I
do know, however, that men can piss with an erection. I can imagine it could be
an exhilarating domination experience for the top and deeply, deeply
humiliating for the bottom (which I find very exciting!). I'm not a water sport
devotee, but I've use mild forms of it in my erotica, mainly as a way to
humiliate and subjugate. Sometimes my characters need that! Thanks in advance

First, I applaud you for wanting your readers to have the
best you can offer them. As an author myself, I had to realize that we take on
a certain responsibility when we introduce things that are not the usual ‘play’
as seen in typical erotica. P.S,. I also love the weird and kinky!
The event that you are asking about is often referred to the
Lemonade Stand- it originally started with a man urinating into a woman’s mouth
as she sat or kneeled in front of him and goes to the extent of a man urinating
into the rectum (o either male or female) and then drinking it out of a straw.
That being said…. Urine is sterile, however, the
rectum is not. Exposure to E.coli is a huge risk one takes if they chose to
practice the anal form of the Lemonade Stand.
Now- the rest of your question.
1.Is it safe? If both partners are healthy and clear of STDS
(because you obviously can’t use a condom), yes, it is safe. Imagine it as a
urine enema.
2. Is it pleasurable for
both? Again, that is an individual preference. If the partner enjoys anal sex
and the feeling of fullness that comes with liquid inside the bowel, yes.
For the male portion of
the question, I contacted a physician friend of mine (urologist) and double
checked my response. He confirmed the following-
It is much more difficult
for men since they are designed with a system that prevents ejaculation and
urination at the same time. Assuming, again, that there are no health issues
and the male is continent, during arousal, the bladder muscle contract and
close the ability for the bladder to empty into the urethra. Semen, coming from
the testes, is expelled at that time. Hence, it makes it difficult, if not
impossible, to urinate while aroused. Pissing
with an erection (assuming its sexual arousal), is often mistaked for precum or
a thin ejaculation (which can take on a yellow tone depending on the food/fluid
intake) for urine. I suspect that they
feel the same relief expelling a full bladder into the rectum as they do in a
urinal.
3. Afteraffects- Yes, the
sub’s rectum would be filled and yes, it would leak. Again, consider it like an
enema. I would advise that the bowel be cleansed well prior to this type of
play to make it more comfortable for both parties (unless, of course, they
enjoy scat play)
4. Domination
factor—every Dom/Top have different things that excite and empower them. If you
are writing about this, it important to express his POV so your audience can
understand. I would also suggest, and this is just my opinion, that the sub has
expressed enjoyment in water sports, humiliation, etc. This way your Dom
doesn’t CUM out looking like a giant turd and the readers hate him (unless
that’s what you want).
